What counts as a billable reply?
One reply from your agent — not one message from your customer. If a customer fires off five messages in a row and the agent answers them together, that's a single reply: 1 credit on Pro, 0.25 on Core. Messages your agent doesn't answer, and replies your team sends by hand, are free.
Do credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Credits you purchase separately at $0.10 each never expire — they stay on your account until you use them, and we spend the expiring ones first.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Your agent does not go dark on a live customer the moment you hit zero. You get a loud low-balance warning and then a grace window, so there's time to top up from your dashboard before anything stops.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime, prorated. Unused purchased credits follow you across plans.
