Introducing CoPhrase
Most businesses lose customers in the gap between the question and the answer.
A DM at 11pm. A WhatsApp message during a busy shift. A support thread nobody picked up until Monday. The interest was real — someone went out of their way to ask — and it went nowhere. Not because the business didn't care, but because nobody was there.
We're building CoPhrase to close that gap.
One agent, every channel
CoPhrase lets you build an AI agent that handles customer conversations across the channels your customers already use: Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, iMessage, Telegram, Discord, email, and a web chat widget on your own site.
The important word is one. It's a single agent with a single brain, not seven bots you configure seven times. Connect a new channel and the same agent — same knowledge, same tone, same guardrails — shows up there. The agent never imports a channel SDK; the messages are normalized before they reach it, so adding a channel doesn't change how the agent thinks.
Grounded, not guessing
An agent that invents an answer is worse than no agent. CoPhrase trains on your actual business — your website, your docs, your help centre, your catalog — and retrieves from that material to answer. Replies trace back to a source.
That also means the agent knows when it doesn't know. Low-confidence conversations escalate to a human with the full thread attached, rather than improvising. You can run it fully automatic, or keep humans on approve for the threads that matter, where the agent drafts and a person sends.
Sales, not just support
Support-first tools bolt sales on later. CoPhrase starts with both. The agent qualifies leads, answers pricing questions, handles objections, books meetings, and sends checkout links — and everything lands in one inbox, wherever the conversation started.
Built to be resold
There are two kinds of operator here, and we designed for both from day one. Businesses run their own agent on their own channels. Agencies build, run, and resell agents for their clients — under their own brand, on their own domain, with a workspace per client and their own pricing on top. The agency isn't an afterthought bolted onto a single-tenant product; the tenancy model was drawn that way from the start.
Where we are
We're building in the open-ish: the architecture is settled, and the first channels are landing now. If you want to be early — or you're an agency who wants to resell this — talk to us.
The conversations are already happening. Let's make sure someone answers.
